Extreme heat and cold can damage wine. As the wine expands in the bottle, the cork will begin to push out. In order to get the wine to you in the same condition as it left the winery, your order may be held until we determine that the temperatures are good enough to get your wine to you safely. We will contact you if we need to hold your order.
Tracking information is emailed when the order has been processed by our shipping company.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made, after which the wine will be returned to our shipping company. Reshipment will incur new shipping charges, as well as return shipping charges.
Adult Signature Required
By law, wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. Wine cannot be left without a signature.
